Sunday afternoon the Eights will face Box Elder for the first time as Post 315 will come to town for two big games in the South Dakota standings.
The Box Elder team has a roster featuring kids more from Rapid City Stevens high school team, but their coming off a big split on Tuesday against Brandon Valley. Box Elder beat Post 131 3-1 in game one, but fell 13-3 in game two. Box Elder is 5-7 in South Dakota games and 6-9 overall. Pierre, at 4-20 and 3-12 in South Dakota games and the two are separated by less than a point in the standings. Both teams will have full access at pitching with both not having played in four straight days.
