Pierre Seeking Additional Funding For Euclid Avenue Water Infrastructure Project

PIERRE, (KCCR) –The City of Pierre is seeking a State Revolving Fund loan to help pay for the water utility portion of a major project to upgrade utilities under Euclid Avenue while the South Dakota Department of Transportation also does a major rebuild on the street slash state highway through Pierre. The Central South Dakota Enhancement District is helping the City of Pierre apply for the alternative funding for the project. The city is under no obligation to use all of the funding should it all be awarded.
