Pierre Police Arrest Harrold Man In Connection To Armed Robbery Investigation

PIERRE, (KCCR) — Pierre Police have released new details regarding an incident that took place last week in Pierre. Last Monday, on June 10th around 4:30 pm, police responded to the 400 block of South Coteau for a reported armed robbery. Police Captain Dusty Pelle says the investigation into the incident reveals the suspect in the case pointed an unknown object from under a shirt at a worker and demanded money from the worker. The worker believed the man may have had a firearm. The investigation determined the suspect as being identified as 44 year-old Ervin YellowRobe of Harrold. YellowRobe was arrested on Saturday and taken to the Hughes County Jail on charges relating to the armed robbery investigation. Those charges include Aggravated Assault and First Degree Robbery.
