PIERRE, (KCCR) — The South Dakota State Rail Board has approved a change to the scope of a project to improve water drainage under the Rapid City, Pierre and Eastern’s line between Fort Pierre and Rapid City. That project received a Special Transportation Circumstance grant to make permanent repairs to 2019 flood damage on the line.
