South Dakota’s America 250 Planning Committee Meets To Look At Possible Events To Celebrate The USA’s 250th Birthday

PIERRE, (KCCR) — The America 250 Planning Committee met Thursday to continue putting together how South Dakota plans on celebrating the 250th birthday of the U-S-A. One effort being targeted is Walk 250 by 2026. The Committee also discussed a collaboration with the University of South Dakota on the Indian Citizenship Act and a Library Book program across the state.
