Saturday, the Sully Buttes Chargers along with the Highmore-Harrold Pirates and Potter County Battlers would travel to Eureka for a Track and Field meet.
Sully Buttes
Both Gavin Barber and Payge Bakker would get wins on Saturday as Barber would pick up a win the 400 meters while also placing second in the 200 meter run and in the 4×200 relay with Kayden Westergren, Atticus Miles and Isaac Ramirez. The team would also place third in the 4×100.
Bakker would get first in the shot put while Addison Chicoine was second. Jaydn and Jaycee Jaeger along with Caterie Yellow Hawk and Myli Weischedel would get fifth in the sprint medley relay race.
Highmore-Harrold
Aitor Ortega had all three wins for the Highmore-Harrold Pirates on Saturday. He would win the 110 meter hurdles, 300 meter hurdles and the high jump. April Fallis would finish second in the 800 meters while also placing fourth in the sprint medley relay race with Tenley McDonnell, Bella Hernandez and Emma Salathe.
Potter County
The Potter County Battlers would get three wins on the day as Nicholas Schlachter would win the 3200 meter run while placing second in the 1600 meter run. Schlachter was also second in the 4×400 and 4×800 elay team teaming with up Michael Jager, Jackson Simon and Sep van Oosterhout. Paige Ahlemeier would win the 800 and 1600 meter run. Taylyn Rausch was second in the 200 meter run along with getting second in the 4×200 relay with Alexis Kellogg, Peyton Stevens and Beth Seurer.
