The Pierre Governor girls golf team would have both Hadley Hart and Annie Mosteller compete on Thursday at the Hub City Invite in Aberdeen as both would shoot to be inside the top 20.
Hart would have the best finish of the two as she finished 11 over par, 83, tied for eighth place and within five shots of third place over all. Hart would par half of the holes including three in a row from holes 5-7. Mosteller would place in 19th as she would shoot 24 over par, 96 which would be just seven shots behind 15th place. Mosteller would par holes 2-4 in a row.
Overall, Olivia Braun of Aberdeen Central would win on her home course shooting one under par, 71, five shots better than Maddie Childs of Mitchell.
The Governors will travel to Huron next, on Thursday of next week. Tee time is set for 10:00 AM at the Broadland Creek Golf Course.
