The Pierre Governor golf team will be at home today for the first time and only time this year as 19 schools in total will be competing at Hillsview Golf Course.
The Governors have been off for a week after traveling to Rapid City last week Monday in only its second meet of the season. Pierre has had Hadley Hart and Annie Mosteller compete in both events while Drew Rechtenbaugh competed for the first time in Rapid City. 16 of the 19 schools at today’s meet will be AA schools with only Douglas not competing today. It becomes an early preview of what the state tournament will be which is set to be played at Fox Run Golf Course in Yankton in the first week of June.
Tee time is set for 10:00 AM at the Hillsview Golf Course in Pierre.
