PIERRE, (KCCR) — This week is the final week for local students to submit an entry to be considered for the t-shirt design for the 20th annual Tyler Wilxcox Memorial Guns ‘n Hoses Blood Drive. The deadline is Friday and the winning design will be used in all promotion of the three-day blood drive at the end of November into December…

Designs can use up to four colors, however red and blue must be used in the artwork.
