This week the South Dakota High School Activities Association would release the high school football schedules across the state for all seven classes.
The Pierre Governors will face O’Gorman in Week Two at home in its AA vs. AAA contest. Pierre will play three of its first four games on the road before being at home for four of the last five including the final two games of the season. Pierre opens the season on the road in Aberdeen for the second straight year.
The Sully Buttes Chargers will face Northwestern to kick off the 9B season on the road in Week Zero with its bye week on Week Two. The Chargers will be home on Week One and Week Three before alternating the rest of the season home and away which includes a trip to Gettysburg in Week Four as Potter County moves up to 9A this season.
The Stanley County Buffaloes will open the season at home against Hill City in Week Zero before three straight road games. The Buffs will have its bye in Week Five with three of the last four games at home including hosting Potter County to close the season in Week Eight.
