PIERRE, (KCCR) — Hughes County Commissioners gave introduction this week to a proposed plat change just east of Pierre. Planning and Zoning Director Eric Booth says the plat change got the green light last week from the county planning commission…
Booth told Commissioners he’s confident there won’t be future issues with the access easement and if there is that current ordinance will permit access to the property. The Hughes County Commission will give final consideration to the plat change at it’s April 15th meeting.
