The Stanley County Buffaloes competed for the first time this season at the Dakota Wesleyan High School Open on Thursday as the Buffs come away with three top ten finishes.
On the day, Paxton Deal would place eighth in the long jump as the lone individual in the top ten of the day. Then the team of Brendon Bothwell, Spencer Sargent, Weston Prince and Tyson Peterson would have the best finish of the day with a second place finish in the 4×800 relay. The 4×800 relay for the girls would be a ninth place finish as Austyn Norman, Rachel Nemec, Timber Hanson and Gracie Olson would team up for the Lady Buffs.
