Landowner Begin Effort To Refer Landowner Bill of Rights To Votes

PIERRE, (KCCR) — Landowners frustrated with the passage of the so-called Landowner’s Bill of Rights or Senate Bill 201 gathered in the Rotunda of the State Capitol on the final day of the 2024 legislative session to start the process to challenge the measure.
