Dive teams from Lake and Beadle Counties helped to recover the Dodge Dakota pick-up Rowland was last seen driving Sunday morning. Rowland was not in the pick-up but divers located Rowland around one-pm Tuesday afternoon. Croeni says the support received during the search effort was overwhelming…
Rowland was last seen Sunday night around 12:30 am and cell phone information placed him in the area near the Lake Louise Recreation Area. The South Dakota Civil Air Patrol was also used to conduct air searches of the area northwest of Miller.
