PIERRE, (KCCR) — A Pierre man is facing charges after his arrest last weekend. Captain Dusty Pelle with the Pierre Police Department says officers were called Sunday around 7:30 pm to the 600 block of North Euclid Avenue to a report of an individual throwing a rock at a vehicle driving by. Responding officers located the suspect, identified by police as 40 year-old Loren Fallis of Pierre. Fallis was identified as the individual who threw a rock at a moving vehicle. Pelle says the unidentified vehicle sustained a broken passenger-side window as a result of the rock being thrown at the car. Fallis was transported to the Hughes County Jail on charges including Disorderly Conduct, Intentional Damage to Property and Throwing a Substance at a Vehicle to Cause Damage.
