Bill To Establish Indigent Legal Services Commission, Office Passes Senate Judiciary Committee

FORT PIERRE, (KCCR) — A bill in the South Dakota Legislature to establish a Commission on Indigent Legal Services and office of the same name is moving on to the South Dakota Senate.
