The Fort Pierre City Council voted to approve the conditional commitment on a three-two vote with Deal and Kenzy voting against it. Aldermen Rick Cronin, Callie Iverson and Todd Bernhard voted in the affirmative. Alderman Larry Cronin was absent from the meeting.
