Northridge Plaza Announces Two New Stores And Major Remodel Project

PIERRE, (KCCR) — Northridge Plaza in Pierre has announced through it’s social media streams a major remodeling effort is underway that will welcome in two major national retailers. A computer rendered images shows what Northridge Plaza will look like in hosting T-J Maxx, Five Below and a new, parking lot facing Maurices store. The 40-thousand square foot project will take place between the main entrance and the Karl’s location on the mall’s north end. Other improvements to the mall’s common areas are a part of the remodel. The T-J Maxx will use a 23-thousand square feet space while Five Below will take up nine-thousand 950 square feet. The new Maurices will move to a six-thousand square foot area. Other improvements include new public restrooms, facade makeover and other cosmetic enhancements. Northridge Plaza will remain open for other businesses during the remodeling.
