The Stanley County Lady Buffs would knock off the Dupree Tigers on Friday night at home holding on for a 40-37 win for its second win of the season.
Stanley County would lead at each quarters end leading 11-5 at the end of the first and controlling 20-12 at the end of the first half. For the Lady Buffs they were led in scoring by Mattie Duffy who had 11 points while Cadence Hand and Camryn Norman each had seven points for the now 2-16 Stanley County Lady Buffaloes.
Stanley County will finish the season this week with a road trip to Mobridge-Pollock on Tuesday and then travel to face Little Wound on Friday in the final two games of the year.
