FORT PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Fort Pierre City Council is meeting for the first time tonight at it’s new meeting time of six-pm. That is the only change the Council will see. Council members will hear reports from city officials as usual before tackling the main agenda. The Council will get an update on the Cedar Hill Cemetery and consider a listing agreement for lots in Teton Island with Fischer Rounds. Council members will consider accepting a bid for replacing the roof of a water tank, a dray license for River Bottom Sanitation and second reading of the recodification ordinance. The Council will also consider advertising for chip and crack seal bids, the rental of shop space and abatement, two resolutions on plats and a rental agreement for a tractor with Grossenburg Implement. Other agenda items include final payments for wastewater improvements and setting a meeting date for the Local Review Board.
