The O’Gorman Lady Knights improved to 11-0 on the season with a 52-25 win over the Pierre Governors on Friday at Riggs High School.
The Governors couldn’t get the offense going after nearly scoring 70 points on Thursday against Lakota Tech. But the level of competition jumped from the Class A Tatanka to the AA Lady Knights. The Governors were led by Reese Terwilliger who had a team had 17 while Ryann Barry had six and Aleise Christopherson had two as the only three Governors to score. The loss drops the Govs to 9-4 on the season with another tough contest coming on Tuesday when Pierre hosts the Harrisburg Tigers.
