Tonight, the Sully Buttes Chargers will travel down to Ft. Pierre to face the Stanley County Buffaloes in a boys basketball game while the girls will have to make up their postponed game in February.
The two girls teams were scheduled to play last Thursday but the game was postponed when the ABO schools closed early due to winter weather. Now, the boys teams will meet in Ft. Pierre as we could see a great matchup between the two. Both teams are young, but with plenty of experience as the Buffs come in at 5-6 after its 29 point win over Sully Buttes’ rival Potter County on Friday. The Chargers are 3-5 after falling in a buzzer beater to Timber Lake last week Monday.
