It will be a busy weekend for Pierre wrestling as the girls wrestling team will host a tournament on Friday before the Pierre boys host the East/West Duals.
Plenty of schools from around the state will gather on Friday with girls wrestling coming to the Capital city to wrestle. The girls team did not compete last weekend in Harrisburg and its been two weeks since the girls last saw competition.
The boys side, it’s the always fun East/West Duals on Saturday. Both Rapid City schools along with Spearfish and Sturgis will be in town to wrestle the Governors, Aberdeen Central, Brandon Valley and Harrisburg. Four big duals for the Governors with just three weeks remaining before the state dual tournament.
The girls tournament will begin at 4:00 this afternoon while the boys duals start at 11:00 AM on Saturday at the Riggs High School gym.
