The Sully Buttes Chargers will be at home tonight to welcome in another area rival as the Miller Rustlers will play in a boys and girls doubleheader at the gym in Onida.
The Charger girls finally had a couple of days off in a row and will get the weekend off after playing tonight, but still have to play a stout Miller team. The Rustlers rolled passed Redfield on Tuesday with a 56-20 victory to improve to 5-2 on the season. The Chargers, at 4-5, want to stop a three game losing skid against one of its Class A rivals.
In the boys game, both teams are looking for a big win. While the Chargers lost on Tuesday, Sully Buttes played well against a now 9-1 Ipswich squad. The Chargers have been able to hang with and beat quality basketball teams this season sitting at 2-4. Meanwhile, the Rustlers are just 2-5 but have only played two teams under .500 so far on the season. Miller beat Redfield on Tuesday by 32.
