Just a week after playing Sioux Falls East at home, the Oahe Capitals will travel to Sioux Falls this weekend to face East late Saturday night and then take on Brandon Valley on Sunday.
The Caps are 2-3 heading into the weekend and get a quick chance to avenge one of its losses so far this season taking on East. The Flyers beat Oahe 5-2 last Friday night and will be looking for a season sweep. East is 4-2 on the season and will take on Watertown tonight before hosting the Caps for a late game on Saturday.
Then on Sunday, the Capitals will be at the Denny Sanford Premier Center to face host Brandon Valley. The IceCats are still looking for its first win of the season at 0-5-0-1 heading into the lone game against Oahe this weekend. The Capitals will need a win to help keep pace with the rest of the league and two wins this weekend will go a long way at the end of the year.
