Both the Pierre Governor wrestling teams would pick up wins on Thursday in a dual against the Brookings Bobcats with a 44-32 win for the boys and a 24-6 win for the girls.
For the girls, Gianna Stangeland, Sydney Uhrig, Lexie Hillmer and Kezrey Benning all would have pins for their respective wins.
In the boys dual, Pierre would pick up two forfeit wins but the difference in the dual would be Lincoln Schoenhard, Tristan Spencer, Jaxon Ducheneau, Trey Lewis and Chance Carda all picking up pins for the Govs. Alex Oedekoven would also have an 18-1 tech fall win in the 126 to add to the score.
