PIERRE. (KCCR) — Last week the South Dakota Housing Development Authority awarded 19 projects a combined 19-point-two million dollars in Housing Infrastructure Financing Program dollars. Another eight projects were aided with 700-thousand dollars in Housing Opportunity Fund money. South Dakota Housing Executive Director Chas Olson says 46 projects have been approved statewide so far…

The Pierre Economic Development Corporation was awarded over 457-thousand dollars in Housing Infrastructure Fund money for 32 lots in southeast Pierre. On Hand Development in Miller is getting over 178-thousand dollars in Housing Infrastructure Funds for 12 single-family lots.
