Fort Pierre City Council To Meet This Evening

FORT PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Fort Pierre City Council is meeting tonight at the South Dakota Municipal League meeting room. The Council will hear reports from city officials before moving on to agenda items. A very light agenda will come before the Council tonight. Council members will consider approval of a 2024 animal shelter/pound contract and a temporary liquor license for the Silver Spur for an event at the Pat Duffy Community Center on December 2nd. The Council will also consider an ordinance on the recodification of city code for 2023 and hold a discussion on an Animal Review Board. The Fort Pierre City Council meets tonight at 6:30 pm.
