The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes season would come to an end on Thursday as Mobridge-Pollock would defeat the Lady Buffs in three sets, 25-13, 25-15 and 25-11.
Stanley County will end its season at 18-9 one of its best seasons in recent history. Mobridge-Pollock advances to the SoDak 16 on Tuesday. For the Lady Buffaloes, Brylee Kafka had four kills to lead the team while Cadence Hand had three.
The Tigers were led by Charley Henderson with 13 kills on the evening as Mobridge-Pollock is now 26-7 on the year. The Lady Buffs would be close in each of the three sets, before the Tigers would take run after run to create the distance between the two teams and finish off Stanley County.
The Lady Buffs will graduate seniors Cadence Hand, Mattie Duffy, Luna Garcia, Tatum Scott, Kate Kramme, Olivia Frederick and Racheal Runge.
