PIERRE. (KCCR) — BankWest of Pierre has joined businesses including Diageo, Ecolab, Johnson and Johnson, Love’s Travel Stops and Union Pacific as a 2023 LearningElite winner presented by Chief Learning Officer magazine. The award and program recognizes organizations with exemplary learning and development strategies and best practices. In order for BankWest to qualify for LearningElite status, the financial institution had to succeed in scoring above qualifying benchmarks in five areas critical to learning and development. BankWest passed qualifying benchmarks in learning strategy; leadership commitment; learning execution; learning impact and business performance results. The LearningElite Award is in it’s 13th year. BankWest Vice President of Learning and Strategic Development Becky Burke accepted the LearningElite Award at the LearningElite gala in San Diego, California October 15th.
