South Dakota’s Business Conditions Index increased to a stout 59-even from September’s 49-point-eight. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics South Dakota’s average hourly wage rate expanded by one-point-seven percent in the last year, below the three-point-seven percent increase in consumer prices.
