Saturday afternoon, teams will gather at the Denny Sanford Premier Center in Sioux Falls for the Class AA and A state cheer and dance competitions.
The Pierre Governors will be competing with the dance team first at 12:35 in the pom division but will have to wait for over 20 spots to go in front of them. Then after the break, the Pierre cheer team will have its turn at the state meet doing its routine at 1:55. The Governor dance team will wrap up the Govs day at 2:47 with its hip-hop routine. Once all is finished the awards ceremony will begin at 3:20 to close out the day and seasons.
