The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes will be on the road for the final time in 2023 as they travel out to Kadoka to face both Kadoka Area and New Underwood.
The Lady Buffs are 15-6 and can get to 11 games over the .500 mark with a sweep of the triangular today, but Kadoka Area will pose the biggest threat of the two teams. The Kougars are 18-10 on the season, have dropped two of the last three, but have won 12 of the last 14 matches. Kadoka is in second in the 7B standings behind only the Phillip Lady Scotties.
New Underwood comes in at 3-20 on the season, but did just stop a nine match losing streak with a three set win over Red Cloud on Saturday. The Tigers are also in Region 7B but are in sixth place of nine teams in the standings.
The day begins at 4:30 for the triangular. Stanley County will return home and play both Friday and Tuesday of next week to close out the regular season.
