The Pierre Governor Cross Country team will be traveling to Huron for one final run as the state meet is scheduled for next week Saturday. Today’s run is weather pending.
The elements will be a factor if the race will be ran to close out the regular season and it’ll give the Governors a chance to see what it may be like if the weather isn’t ideal for the state run. Just a couple of years ago the Governors would run the state meet in snowy conditions.
The meet begins at the Broadland Creek Golf Course in Huron at 4:00.
