Douglas told the Commission he would like to see a consistent speed limit along 4th Street from Edgewood Senior Living to Euclid Avenue. City Administrator Kristie Honeywell and Police Chief Jason Jones spoke with Douglas after the meeting to further discuss his concerns over 4th Street’s speed limit.
