PIERRE, (KCCR) — The Pierre City Commission is meeting tonight at the Pierre Municipal Building. Commissioners will get an update in special business on the outdoor pool project and consider approval of a six-item consent calendar to start the meeting. The Commission will consider approval of requests related to the World Walleye Championships coming to Pierre and will discuss wastewater lagoon sludge clean out. Commissioners will consider approval of a request to purchase equipment for the airports ARFF truck and will introduce a plat in the Heritage Ridge 2nd addition. The Commission will also consider approval of the plat of lots in the Center Point Addition, set October 31st at 5:45 pm for a public hearing for Business Improvement District number three and a memorandum of understanding with the Stencil Group L-L-C. The Pierre City Commission meets tonight at 5:30 pm. The meeting is open to the public.
