The engineer’s estimate for the work was 11-point-seven million dollars. Bids by A-G-E Corporation and Morris Incorporated, both of Fort Pierre came in at 18-point-six million dollars, only 31-hundred dollars apart. The work will replace structures over Grindstone, Belcher and Wilburn Creeks in Haakon County.
