The Sully Buttes Chargers will look to get back over .500 as they host the Ipswich Tigers in the start of homecoming week with their homecoming match tonight in Onida.
The Chargers have dropped three straight after starting out 3-0, but have played three high quality teams in Herreid/Selby Area, Faulkton Area and Miller. Now they face the 1-2 Ipswich Tigers who beat Waubay/Summit on Thursday for its first win of the season.
Ipswich lost to both Highmore-Harrold and Groton Area in straight sets to begin the season as they now are looking for back-to-back wins. It’s a chance for the Chargers to stay up in the top three of the Region 6B standings as they face its fourth region opponent in its seventh match of the year. Sully Buttes is currently 1-2 against Region foes.
