Haeder, the state Treasurer is sitting in on the Summit docket for P-U-C chair Kristie Fiegen, who has a conflict of interest as the proposed route passes over land owned by her family. Commissioners also addressed requests to allow for a time certain for some witnesses to testify in the upcoming Summit application evidentiary hearing.
