Chamberlain Comes to Ft. Pierre as Opening Home Stretch Continues for Lady Buffs

The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes are enjoying a long home stand to open up the season as they host the Chamberlain Cubs tonight.

The Lady Buffs are 1-1 after splitting the opening weekend dropping a four set match to the Wall Lady Eagles and then sweeping the Bennett County Warriors this past Saturday. The Lady Buffs are home for its first six matches of the season and won’t have to travel until Saturday, September 9 for a tournament and don’t have a week day match until September 21.

Chamberlain is at 0-2 on the season and have losses to both Parkston and Mobridge-Pollock in two sweeps. In two matches the Cubs have just 21 kills. Tobi Peterson leads the way with just six kills through two matches.

First serve tonight from Ft. Pierre will be at 7:45 at the Parkview Auditorium.
