The Stanley County Lady Buffaloes would open the season at home on Saturday and would come away with a split of the weekend falling to Wall in four sets while also sweeping Bennett County.
Stanley County would beat Wall in the first set in the opening match of the triangular 25-18, but would fall in the next three sets 25-10, 25-19 and 25-16. However, after the game break the Lady Buffs would come back and sweep the Bennett County Warriors rolling past them with scores of 25-17, 25-6 and 25-14 to split the opening weekend.
Now, the Lady Buffs will get set for Chamberlain who is 0-2 on the season and will play them at home on Tuesday. First serve of the varsity contest is scheduled for around 7:45.
