PIERRE, (KCCR) — After twelve long days of hearings over nearly a month and one monster hail storm the first of two evidentiary hearing for two carbon dioxide pipelines that could cross the state was completed Friday afternoon. Similar hearings for the Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline will be held starting in September. A permitting decision on the Navigator pipeline is expected in a few weeks.
