Hahn says the city uses alternates for materials as well, giving the option of selecting asphalt or concrete depending which is the more affordable at the time of the bids. Hahn also noted at the beginning of the meeting that the city’s annual chip sealing project was completed…in one day…
The authorization to re-advertise the street projects was approved on a six-zero vote.
