Sully Buttes Set to Begin Volleyball Season with Older, Young Group

While the Sully Buttes Chargers Volleyball team has just two seniors listed on its roster in Trichelle White and Stevie Wittler, the remaining members of the varsity squad are all juniors.

The team comes in having lost six seniors from last year’s group. Caitlin Birney, Calleigh Chicoine, Allyson Wittler, Lydia Hill, Taryn Kenzy and Saige Heath have all graduated with the Chargers going 13-17 last season. This year, the Chargers will have a new coach as Brielle Bohle will take over the program. Bohle was the head coach in 2019 but left the program in 2020 and is now back again as the head coach. The Chargers will open the season on Tuesday, August 22 traveling to Murdo to face the Jones County Coyotes.
