Pierre’s Lincoln Kienholz will be making some money as he signs a “Name Image Likeness” deal with Tommy John Underwear and Apparel according to Business Wire.
Tom Patterson is a co-founder of Tommy John and also hails from South Dakota and the partnership between the two is a natural fit. Patterson went to Milbank High school and graduated in 1998 before attending Arizona State University. According to Business Wire the partnership is launching this month and it will feature Kienholz as the prominent brand ambassador for Tommy John. It’s the first NIL deal for Kienholz who is part of a quarterback room at Ohio State still trying to find who the starter will be come game one. There were not any specifics in how much the NIL deal is worth.
Kienholz is a true freshman at Ohio State after graduating from Pierre in 2023. He was named the USA Today’s Boys Prep Athlete of the Year at the end of July.
