PIERRE, (KCCR) — The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission has sided with a Highmore-based communications company’s complaint against A-T and T Mobility. The Commission voted against Hanson’s motion to amend Nelson’s motion to include the Venture’s fees and costs. Commissioners voted unanimously in favor of siding with Venture. Venture was seeking over 252-thousand dollars from A-T & T Mobility in damages.
