PIERRE — As the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission is in the middle of a complex evidentiary hearing on one of two proposed carbon dioxide transmission pipeline applications, they did conduct regular business on Friday. Commissioners approved the request for a time certain for the witnesses. The Summit pipeline hearing is scheduled for September. The hearing for the Navigator Heartland Greenway pipeline resumes Monday in Fort Pierre and could run another eight days.
