Public Utilities Commission Begins 8 Day Evidentiary Hearing On Navigator CO2 Pipeline Project In Fort Pierre

FORT PIERRE — The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission has begun the first of two lengthy evidentiary hearings on two proposed carbon dioxide transport pipelines. The hearing is being held at the Casey Tibbs Rodeo Center in Fort Pierre. A similar hearing for Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline is scheduled for September.
