Legislative Committee Adopts Rule Changes To Address Horse Racing Drug Violations

PIERRE — The Interim Rules Review Committee of the South Dakota Legislature has approved adoption of five new rules dealing with horse racing in South Dakota. Abraham says the Commission on Gaming wanted to see the rules changed before horse racing in Fort Pierre later this year. The Interim Rules Review Committee gave unanimous support to their approval.
