The game would be scoreless until the top of the sixth when the Sockeyes would get two runs as Ryder Cutlip would triple and then Ethan He a double to lead 2-0. Sawtooth added another four runs in the eighth with the help of Grant Kerry doubling home two runs and the Sockeyes extended its lead to 6-0. Oahe would score its lone run in the bottom of the ninth as Garret Arnold would score on a wild pitch with two outs. Gavin Starcher would pick up the loss going eight innings, allowing all six runs on eight hits, no walks and eight strikeouts.

The Zap are now 5-7 in the second half of the season and will begin a three game set with the Fremont Moo tonight. First pitch from Hyde Stadium is at 6:35.
